All Killer Beats products are made to order. Once you place your order, it’s printed and fulfilled specifically for you, then shipped straight to your door.
Because of this, processing times may be slightly longer than mass-produced items—but it means less waste and better quality control.

• Production: 2–5 business days
• Shipping: 3–7 business days (U.S.)
• International shipping times may vary
Can I cancel or change my order?
Since each item is made to order, we’re unable to cancel or modify orders once production has started. Please double-check your size, color, and shipping information before completing checkout.
If you catch an issue immediately after ordering, reach out as fast as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ve got you.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A photo of the issue
We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because items are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for size or preference changes.
That said, if there’s a defect or fulfillment error, we’ll make it right.
